All major components (Block, Heads, Pistons,
Rods, Intake, Headers, Carburetor, Crankshaft, Camshaft, Rocker and
Ignition) must total under $5000

No Nitrous, Turbo or Blower

Can use Virtual Engine Dyno Standard or Professional.
Professional version users cannot tweak program calibration to
increase horsepower calculations. All calculations must use the STP
(program default) atmospheric conditions
